What makes your products different from other solutions that are marketed to the hospitality industry?
Our background in hospitality sales! Other solutions focus on adding panoramic photos to your website or distribution of your stock images to leisure-based websites. While they can be valuable, we know from experience that neither of these approaches really help your sales team. Our focus is to provide true sales support for each and every point of client contact.

How many users/uses are included in the flat monthly fee?
The number of users is unlimited - assign users from your sales department, national/global sales, human resources department, administration.

What happens when we renovate?
It's simple. You send us photos of your newly renovated areas (i.e. restaurant, business center, etc.) and we'll update your Virtual Visit. Alternatively, we can arrange a photo shoot for you. Request a Photography Quote for more information, or see our Photography section.

Can I use existing stock photography / panoramic images / video?
Sure! In fact, that's how most of our clients get started. Send us your existing photography (still or panoramic photos or video) and we'll incorporate them into your Virtual Visit launch.

How much does it cost to update my Virtual Visit?
Nothing! We include all software updates and upgrades at no charge. We even throw in 20 stock photo updates per year, so your Virtual Visit is always current.

Is it hard to use? How much time will I have to spend training my staff?
Training is very important when using any sales tool. Various training modules are available, ranging from on-site group and one-on-one instruction to webinar team format. Once training is completed we leave you with training "cheat sheets", full user manuals, and an on-line tutorial for refreshers. A basic product overview for up to three people is included with your Virtual Visit. See our training page or contact us for more details.

Sell Over the Phone Feature

Will Sell Over the Phone work on any computer?
This feature will work on any computer that has Java installed (including Apple™ computers) and that uses standards-compliant corporate firewalls. We've found that there are only about 4% of computers not equipped to use this feature - these cases are usually quickly remedied by installing Java on-the-fly (a two minute process).

Can using Sell Over the Phone give users access to the clients' computer?
NO. There is no way that the presenter will be able to access anything other than the Virtual Visit application window. It is important to understand that the presenter is not viewing the client's screen; they are viewing their own. The only information being transferred between the two computers are mouse movements and clicks.

Can my clients access and use Sell Over the Phone on their own?
Not directly - the client can only watch and ask questions. If you want to give the client access to the site-inspection for their own review, you simply provide them with your Virtual Visit online link. For third party meeting planners who want to take their clients on a tour of your facility, you have the option of providing them with a user account.

Is high speed access required?
High-speed web access is not required, but it is recommended. On a dial-up connection the photos load in approximately 8 seconds. On a regular high-speed connection (DSL/Cable) the photos typically load in less than one second. Corporate internet connections are usually instantaneous.

Will Sell Online work on every computer?
Sell Online will work on any computer that has Java installed (including Apple™ computers).

Sell Online solution is available to an UNLIMITED number of users. Since it is a self-guided, client-driven feature, it really comes down to how many visitors you can get to your web site, or send the direct launch link to.

Sell Face to Face Feature

Does Sell Face to Face display larger than Sell Online?
Yes - because Sell Face to Face is installed directly on your laptop or desktop, there are no internet bandwidth restrictions. The program displays in a 1024 x 768 (standard display) window. Additionally, features such as animations, text editing and elevators can be included.

Will Sell Face to Face work on any computer?
Sell Face to Face will work on any computer; however, if you are using an Apple Macintosh, you will need to run it via Virtual PC or some other Windows emulator.

How many computers can I install this feature on?
The more, the merrier! You can install Sell Face to Face on as many hard drives as you like. Install it on your Property Level Sales team's computers, your Global Sales team's computers, your Concierge Desk computer... anywhere you like.

Do my clients have to install any software to view our Virtual Visit CD?
No installation required! This product is very IT manager friendly - and you know how important it is to keep those guys happy.

Can I burn and distribute copies of my Virtual Visit CD?
We include a master CD as part of your Virtual Visit. You can burn copies at your hotel or resort for distribution to your clients (licensing fees may apply - contact us for details). We also offer an optional high-volume CD replication solution (minimum of 500 units).

Can you provide mini-CDs / business card CDs?
Absolutely ! The only limitation to these smaller CDs is storage size. Typical property-level presentations are 80 MB, which fit comfortably on standard mini-CDs. Contact us to find out how to make your CDs stand out from your competition.

USB drives don't normally "auto-run" so are they difficult for non-technical clients? Also, how do I make sure that clients don't erase my tour?
We can configure specialized USB sticks to act just like a CD/DVD so that when they are inserted, your Virtual Visit automatically launches - the user doesn't have to do anything except start exploring your property. This solution also allows us to write-protect a section of the memory. Your Virtual Visit cannot be erased, but any leftover space can be used by your client, thus making it a multi-purpose tool they'll actually keep. Contact us for further details.

Can I create a customized tour for one of my special clients?
Please do! You can create highly customized tours and share them with your clients. One of the "hidden gems" in our solution set allows you to mass-replicate your CDs (for lower production costs) and then send to your clients. When it's time to provide the client with a customized tour that meets their specific needs, you record and send the tour path via email - the client simply saves the file on their computer and the standard CD will recognize the tour path and provide it as an option when it starts.

Sell At Trade Shows Feature

Do I have to install any software to use Virtual Visit at tradeshows?
No. You can run Virtual Visit directly from a CD if you are not using your own computer; however, you may wish to install the solution for increased performance and flexibility.

Can I use a data/LCD projector or large screen?
Yes, all of our features can be used with a data/LCD projector or large data monitor/TV.

Do I have to record tour paths each time I attend a trade show?
Nope! You can store up to four different paths internally for immediate playback at any event (i.e. record one path for each market segment - Tour & Travel, Corporate Group, Corporate IT, Association). Additionally, you can export the tour paths to external files for unlimited storage and/or to share with other sales representatives or clients.
